Tutorial Submission Guidelines

This is a tutorial template to use when preparing tutorials to submit to Flash Kit. Use the formatting guidelines below to make your tutorials useable on the site. To submit your tutorial go to our submission form and fill in all the details using the below code and then submit it to us. Please insure that you use good grammar and Basic English. Spell checking and proof reading your work is always a good practice since thousands of people may read and download your submissions. We will then endeavor to get your tutorial on the site as quickly as possible.

Our style sheet commands that we use in the tutorials section have been included in this template so just use them as demonstrated in the different presentation options below... we can't wait for your tutorial!! Please remember that all submitted tutorials not using this code will be rejected. In other words, please do not submit tutorial in plane text as they will not display properly therefore, they will be rejected.

Heading Styles

<h2>This is a Main Header Style - Start your tutorial under here!, Use for main points</h2>

<h3>This is a more general point header, use as required!</h3>

<h4>This is the lowest level header</h4>

Make Special Notes using:
<div> class=notes> Note: If you want to add a note, please add them in this format. </div>
To Split up sections into separate pages
We like tutorials to be split up into distinct sections to make them easier to follow. Use the following format for page breaks - '<%BRK%>'
Images, Movies, etc

When embedding images, and shockwave movies or any other object, please keep them in the same folder as this file. Then zip it all up and send them to us with appropriate source files! We will get them up asap!

We look forward to receiving your tutorials!

Thank you,

The Flash Kit Team
