Printing Long Textfiles
What if you have a page in your movie that contains a lot of (external) text and you want users to have the possibility to print that text. If you use a scrollbar to display the text you have a problem! Printing the frame from the Flash player will only print a part of the text. I came up with this problem and found a lot of questions on the board about this matter, so I decided, once I found the answer to post a tutorial.
The only solution I found to work around this, is to duplicate your original textfile and make some changes in it, which flash uses for printing it properly. So if you download the file it contains the fla, swf and two textfiles.
For this tutorial I used the FFH text scrollbar component from flashcomponents.net, so credits for that to the author.
