Create the paint effect

We must create a new layer just above of the "outline" layer. Label it Mask.

This layer will contain the mask that lets the outline be visible. This layer needs to be animated frame to frame-.

In the first keyframe of the mask layer paint with the brush tool just on the left of the outline. Next make a keyframe on the frame#2 of the layer mask and paint with the brush tool from the first of the outline till the position of the green point over the outline.

Make a new keyframe on the frame #3 of the mask layer (F6) and paint with the brush tool and paint over the outline till the green point position. Repeat this till frame#15.

Now, Rightclick on the mask layer and select mask.

CTRL+Enter. You´re an artist
