Making Chart & Flowchart of Annual Report Easily.
Every year companies need to make an annual sales reports, profit/loss, etc. This is normally done with Powerpoint. Doing it with Flash is a bit tricky as Adobe Flash is not specifically designed for this purpose but for animation in general. In this tutorial we will show you how to import PowerPoint presentation and add charts on top of it and make flash animation out of it.

Steps:
1. You can start making a flash presentation by downloading the trial version from here
2. Run Flash Demo Builder.
3. From startup menu, choose "PowerPoint File" & click on "OK" button.
Flash Demo Builder will show a window to choose the settings of PowerPoint. For this tutorial, we use default.
Then choose the ppt file. The PowerPoint file will be imported as pages.
4. To add the chart, go to the page as needed. Then click on "Insert a Clipart" from toolbar menu.
For this tutorial, we go to the second page.
5. We add a Pie chart. You can change the component. We change text size and input the data. You can customize its color, shape and appearances easily. The rest we use default.
6. Do the same if you want to add the other type of chart.
7. Your presentation is done. You have to publish this project into a flash file before upload it into your own website.
