When you choose this preset, a hint caption will be appeared for each mouse click activity asking the viewer to click on the same mouse location.
When a user makes a mistake, a failure caption will be appeared and he/she needs to redo the operation until it gets right.
The success caption will be appeared and the presentation continues. This preset is very useful to conduct an e-learning to teach how to operate a software.

Software: Flash Demo Builder
Time: Less than 30 minutes
Skill: Beginner
Steps:
1. Run Flash Demo Builder.
2. From startup menu, choose "Screen Capture" & click on "OK" button.

Flash Demo Builder will show a window Recording Settings.
On tab general, for the recording mode, we choose "Automatic" and choose "Training".
You can also enable microphone recording. When it is enabled, whatever sound heard by your microphone during capturing will be recorded.
This sound will be imported as a synchronized sound after the capturing process is finished. Please make sure you have your microphone turned on and activated through the Windows Volume Control.
For the other tabs, we use default.

Click OK to start.
3. A capture window will be appeared. Here, you need to specify the screen area that you want to capture.
You can select a running application window by manually clicking the Select and application to capture button,
resize and drag the red capture window or by dragging the smart snap cursor into any windows (the main application window or a child window within an application).
Click the Start Capturing button to start.

There is a "Tips" window then click close button.

A window where you can select a project dimension will show up. Most of the time you will use the same project dimension as the capture area.
In this case, simply click OK to close the window. However when you are capturing a full screen area and you want to publish it on the website,
you may want to resize the capture result to a user friendly size such as not bigger than 640x480.

4. Now, you can capture the program.
You can end the capturing session by clicking the icon at the bottom right corner of your desktop as shown below or by pressing the Ctrl + End button.

5. You can edit and add your capture in the scene's list. You can use tools to insert it in your scenes.

6. Your training is done. You have to publish this project into a flash file before upload it into your own website.
