Why two functions and not one? Well there are two functions because the use a different approach (if you want to know more look in the js file with your favorite html editor) but i founded the first one more flexible so I almost always use the first one.
The flash movies are displayed in it's own layer which as a z-index of "0", so your own layers must be higher then zero. Otherwise it could be that the flash is still on top.
The flash parameters are in de js file so if you want to add or modify them you will have to open the js file (with your favorite html editor) and add it where you see the parameters.Credits:
