First off, create the text/object that yo'd like to fade in (or out.)

--If text:
1) After creating the text that you'd like fade in (or out), then go to the 15th frame, and insert a KeyFrame. (The longer of zooming you'd like, the more frames, and vise versa for faster.)

2)After you created your text, have it selected and hit CTRL + B two times. (Apple + B on MAC's)

This makes the text you wrote into a Shape, which now allows you to the 4th step!

3) Go to the last Frame, change the font size.

Note: You could also change the color, as well as the font size!

    Repeat step 2

4) Go back to first frame, and tween it as Shape Tween

Viola! Surprisingly simple huh?

Now, if you'd like to fade out.
Just start with big text, and on the last frame, as small as you'd like!
