Step 3:
Now go into the text layer and select the last frame on this layer, go to "Insert" menu, select Keyframe. Go to the first keyframe in this layer and place text as shown above. Then go to the second keyframe which you just created and place text as shown on image below. Select anywere in between the two keyframes and go to "Insert" menu, select Create Motion Tween.
