Step 2:

Name the first layer, into which you imported the image, "image" and go to and select somewhere in the 25th frame and hit F5 on your keyboard. This will insert frames into your timeline. Lock this layer to avoid moving your background image.
Then create new layer by going into "Insert" menu and selecting Layer, or clicking on the small insert layer icon below on your timeline window. Name this layer "text". Select type tool and type any kind of text you want. Make several lines of text, as shown on the image above, 10 lines will be about right. After you type the text, select the text layer and hit F8, this will convert your text into a symbol. In the dialog window name the symbol "text" and select graphic for its behavior, then click "OK."
