First open Flash. Now make two layers. On the top one make a big box. Add text with the text tool. Break the text apart(right click and Break apart).Now brake the single characters apart. Now delete them so, that in the box appear holes. Now change the box color to the background color. Now you don't see noting. Now lets go to the second layer. Put more color boxes together so it looks like a big rainbow. The colors may not look out of the box! That is it but you can make an animation so that the colors move.
