Setting Up The Stage

To start with, go to Modify > Docoment and set the frame rate to 36.

Then create two new layers, one named "Text" and another name "Actions".

In the "Text" layer, draw a text box the size and shape of where you want your text to appear.

Next, in the Properties menu, set the text type to "Dynamic Text", the text wrapping to "Multiline", and the variable name to "textOut". Then set the font etc to whatever you like. In this instance i used "_typewriter", as shown below:
