Now we'll edit the default gradient. We'll create a 3 point gradient, because
at the moment the gradient only has two points, black and white.
Look at the
illustration above, my mouse hovers over the black point on the gradient, and
I get a little cross beside the mouse pointer. When you see that plus sign, you
can duplicate the color. Click and drag it to the middle of the line.
The illustration above shows how it looks after I've dragged the duplicate to
the centre of the gradient bar.
