Yeah, there is a way to do the smooth fade on mouse-over (like the one on windows XP logon prompt) without actionscript.

I searched everywhere and surprisingly I couldn't find tutorials for these. Actually I found one but it made use of actionscript, and then I couldn't find the website anymore. I found an easier way of doing it. In five easy steps you're up and running...
