This tutorial is my first so I hope people find it useful. I've been meaning to post a tutorial for ages, as flash kit has been an excellent forum for gathering knowledge about flash and motion graphics and I want to extend my thanks to the flash kit community by uploading this tutorial. Anyhow here goes....

I’ve been trying to create a function that does smooth organic easing for while so as procrastination for doing schoolwork I came up with the swf above.

There are two parts to this tutorial the first concern is getting the object to ease out to the location (just like flash tweening).

The second part deals with adding the push past inertia.
