Open up photoshop and open your new jpg. Crop your file as needed. You will apply 2 filters to your image.

  1. Motion Blur
  2. Wind

First do the motion blur, and play with the radius until you're satisfied. I used an angle of 0 degrees and a distance of 22 pixels.

Next do the Wind filter by going into the "filter" menu, going to the "stylize," and select "wind..." I use the "wind" setting (instead of blast, etc.) and first I selected "from the right." You will need to come back to this step to create the 2nd image, this time selecting "from the left" (repeat after you finish exporting the 1st image...click on "motion blur" in the history nav bar when you are ready for this step to get back to this spot). When you have passed your image through both filters, you should have an image that looks like this:

» Description: Hmm... what to say about this one? It's reminiscent of the closing notes of the opening music from the Three Stooges done in a church organ style with a closing cymbal crash. I'll give this one away gratis, but feel free to check out my free loops and potential upcoming license-mandated ones over in the respective part of Flashkit.
