LED spectrum analyzer meter effect using dynamic masking

Set the masking

Make the upper layer a mask layer and the lower layer a masked layer by setting the properties of the layers.

Put the LED bars on the stage

Back to Scene 1, rename Layer 1 as LED. Drag several instances of mv_LEDbar on to the stage. Align the instances as shown.
