LED spectrum analyzer meter effect using dynamic masking

Introduction

Look at the SWF first.

Notice that the LED bars rise and fall in random. The movie is not a looping animation. The effect is generated using dynamic masking and only a few lines of actionscript. Moreover, the SWF has a file size of only 533 bytes.
