First, Create 5 layers. then make an object that you want to shoot the laser in the first layer. make a black back round and put it on the layer below the rest.then lock that layer.make a red line in layer 1 space from the other. make a black block and cover the red line.do the animation of the block moving along the red line.that is how a SIMPLE laser effect. this is mine.i like light sabers.
