Hints & Tips
Don't just try to cut and paste my code. Chances are, you won't
get all the right parts changed to fit your own movie. Just study the
.fla and think about the general idea behind agileVR for a while. Once
you've figured out exactly how it works, you'll have a much easier time
making your own. With this tutorial and the .fla available in the downloads
section, you should be able to get your own to work without too
many problems.
Save your work often. This is a great idea no matter what you're programming. As I said before, Flash becomes less stable when you are working with large images and it is prone to crashes. Saving after every significant change can save you a lot of grief in the end.
I've found that agileVR runs its fastest and most smoothly in IE5 with wmode set to transparent. If you don't know what this means, look at the source for the movie embedded above. Look especially at the
