Create the Laser Contact

Insert a Keyframe into frame 2 of the LASER CONTACT layer
Drag the "ball" symbol to the right by 10 pixels
(-with snaps turned on and grid spacing of 10, it should just snap into place-)

Insert a Keyframe into frame 3 of the LASER CONTACT layer
Drag the "ball" symbol to the right by 10 pixels again

Continue doing this until frame 31 where the "ball" symbol should be at the right end of the line

Lock all layers except the TEMP layer and click the outline button for the LASER CONTACT layer
(-the outline button is in the third column beside the layers name-)
