So often, books upon books come out claiming to reveal the ins and outs of the business that
is web design. We have the for dummies, the idiot guides, and the teach yourself 24 hr deals.
I won't say throw them away, even though you could once this beauty is on your shelf. But I
will admit that I got rid of a few myself. The leaf-jacket boasts this comment by author Jeffrey
Veen: "If you're not reading Zeldman, you don't know the web. It's as simple as that..." Sound
cocky? That's what I thought too. But after reading it, I sunk down and realized that the day
before, I had no idea.
