I would like to say that the Manual is an easy read and will be a great help to you if you need it. And the help at erain is prompt and courteous. If you have a problem just drop an email to them at support@erain.com and they should respond in a business day.
If you're coming into 3D cold then this product will be a great tool for you. Those of you who are use to creating models in a robust environment may be disappointed with the authoring environment. But as long as you realize and keep in mind that the tools here are to provide you with a solution and is more of an animator and render engine for vector output. Just remember back a few short months ago when everything was hand traced and you can appreciate this awesome tool. Just as a side note you can export Ai and EPS files from swift now making it a great asset for those who use illustrator, freehand and Corel for illustration.
Over this entire product is a great weapon in your vector tool arsenal
A must have for those who want to do 3D in flash.
