Proposal Kit's Contract Pack

If there is one thing I've harped on for the past two years, it's that contracts should always be used in business dealings. It doesn't matter if you're a Fortune 500 company or a freelancer working out of his basement - don't do any business without a contract.

While this is easy to preach, the average person has trouble writing a contract. Questions like "What should it include?" and "How do I prevent from getting myself screwed with my own words?" come to one's mind.
