| FK: Last question and it regards your last poke at old-school applications:
If I'm going to pay $199 for one project, why wouldn't I just go out and buy
the software myself?
|
| NB: Another good question. If what you want is a static tool, then I say go
buy the traditional, old-school application. Go buy it. Go spend the time
and money taking classes to learn it, and go create your works from scratch.
If however what you want is an easier to use system. One that gets you up
and running quickly, plugs you into and empowers you with the design
capabilities of other artists and will evolve into a much more powerful and
sophisticated system with each and every day that goes by, then you should
give :Fx a spin. Keep in mind that what you experience today is version 1.0
of :Fx. We're barely 2 months out of the chute. We're not at version 5.0
yet. We haven't had 3 years to get it right. But, we evolve quickly. We
evolve very quickly and what you see those offline applications doing today,
we will be able to do, and much more in due time. It's only a matter of
time - and not a lot of time at that.
