| FK: A few more curve balls and then we should let you go. Your product
promised that the system would be updated constantly, but so far we haven't
seen anything new. What's going on?

| NB: It's a great question. Actually, there have been some two dozen or so
updates and code rollouts to :Fx since launch. Granted, many of these
rollouts involved hidden fixes to bugs but some of them involved more
tangible updates. For example, since launch we've rolled out some two to
three hundred new images in our image libraries. Almost a hundred new
animated clipart effects. We just rolled out code in early April that let's
you zip up your projects and download them directly to your desktop. And,
we've got some very cool 3D rendered backgrounds and beautiful text effects
ready to roll-out in the upcoming weeks. Part of the problem has been our
inability to inform our users on these new updates. We're trying to do a
better job of that. But really, if you look at how much the product has
evolved since January, it's truly incredible. That kind of rapid evolution
is something that other old-school applications just can't do and I think
our users value it.
