Features
First and foremost is that this book covers the latest in Flash, version 5. And though you might not feel up to the challenge, once you see inside the cover, you won't be able to wait.
The layout is simple and exact. Showing the reader a "study-plan" so to speak. For those that have been scripting for a while, it acts as a Quick Reference Guide (QRG). This is in both the table of contents and at the beginning of each chapter. Keeping you informed so that you can notice your own progress.
The screenshots are amazing. Every page contains a visual of what you should be seeing at home (or work). If something doesn't look right, then you know what to look for and can change it then. Unlike real life where half of the things that need changing come after you've finished. The book has been engineered this way so that it acts as a coach. Not throwing a bunch of techno-jargon your way and then kicking you into the cold. It not only invites you into the secret world of scripting, but gives you a guided tour.
