Masking Area
Here you can apply various masks to your model for painting, this is very use full for painting an area on the inside of a Boolean action different from the outside. It keeps things nice and clean. The Mask areas work very similar to the painting tools. With it you can simply paint on the surface of your object to mask paint, distortions, morphing and even decimations. One very useful feature is the ability to paint a mask on the surface of an object where you want high detail, and then optimize the model by reducing the polygon count with Amorphium Pro's decimate tool. The unique part here is that it will only reduce polygons where you didn't apply a mask, and it will perform a gradation of polygon density in between. For instance, you can take an 80,000 polygon model and reduce it to 20,000 polygons without noticing any difference in detail on the areas you masked.
