So what becomes of all your cutting and trimming? Well after optimising your sounds and images, you'll be able to see the evidence in the file size report generated when you export your movie. To opt for the report, Choose File > Publish Settings, select the Flash Tab and check the Generate Size Report option.

When you publish a separate file will be created that should look something like the text on the next page. This will give you an indication of how your movie is broken up.
