Retractable Text Box 2

Introduction

Two years ago (about the same time i first began using Flash) i submited a tutorial on how to make a retractable text box. there wasn't a tutorial on how to do it at the time and even though i knew little about Flash i submitted it. 14500 hits later i decided to redo it so it was less complicated and easyer to understand and accomplish.
