Finishing The File
Time to add the maximize button you made. (Yes, you made a maximize button. You just forgot.) You should still be working in the second frame. Open your library (If it isn't already open) and drag the 'maximize' button onto the stage. Align it however you want, and delete the 'minimize' button. Add this code to your button:
On (Release) Go to and Stop (1) End On
Now double click on your 'close' button, and make sure that this code is in it. If it isn't, add it.
On (Release) Go to and Stop (3) End On
Copy all the frames in the 2nd frame, and paste them into the 3rd frame. (Just like you did in step 3) Now select everything in frame 3, (The topbar and the buttons), and delete them. That will be your 'close' part. Return to the main timeline and choose Control <%gt%> Test Movie. There you go! A dragable, minimizable, and closable window!
