Step 6a: The Labels Layer
In the labels layer, insert a keyframe at frame 3 and double-click the frame. This brings up the frame properties dialog box. On the labels tab, type "'on" as the name. Click OK. Insert a keyframe at frame 8 of the labels layer. Double-click the frame and on the frame properties dialog box in the label tab, type "off" as the name.
