Building a Basic Preloader

  1. Find number of frames in Movie
  2. Choose Insert > Scene to add a new scene
  3. Choose Window > Inspectors > Scene, to name and place new scene first
  4. Add two blank keyframes in Preloader Scene
  5. In First Keyframe add IsFrameLoaded actions
  6.       If = true then play movie. If = false then play frame 2
  7. In Second Keyframe add looping action
  8.       Goto and Play frame 1
  9. Place basic movie/text in frame 1 to display while checking
