Create Loop to Keep Checking
Now select the second blank keyframe and this action:
Go to and Play (preloadScene, 1) // keep looping in current scene to first keyframe until movie has loaded
Now create a movie clip an have it run in the first frame. This is an extremely simple one, good for movies that only take a short time to load. If you have a monster be imaginative a add some extra text or animation to entertain your visitor while they wait.
There you have it! Basic Preloaders in a nut shell. When you finish, test your preloader by selecting control Menu > Test Movie as well as Control Menu > Show Streaming.
