Step 1: Create new movie and call it cross. When you make the crosshair movie, first add another layer and call it actions ( we will get to those in step 3), call the bottom layer crosshair, then insert keyframes in frame 2 on each layer.
Step 2:Then, on the crosshair layer, draw a short line right across the center of the stage (use the cross hair already there as a guide). Copy it, past it, then use "modify", "transform", "rotate 90 CW". After that, use the cross hair already there to align the second line to the first.

Step 3:After the crosshair has been made, the actions must be added. Double click in the first frame of the actions layer, then place a stop action. Once that is done, copy that frame over into frame two of the same layer. |
