Preparing Movie

Create new movie, set the background color white (or any color you like), 12 fps. Display the grid by View > Grid. Edit the grid by View > Grid > Edit Grid, set to 50x50 pixels. This grids will help you in placing the movie clip neatly.

Create Flower Movie Clip

Draw Flower Movie Clip

Draw a rectangular shape, size 50x50 pixels. Using grid will help you to do it. Convert the shape (Insert > Convert to Symbol or F8 into movie clip, named it as flowermc.

Convert Movie Clip to Button

Double click flowermc, Convert it to Button. Give actionscript:

on (rollOver) {
   play();
}

This symbol is only available at keyframe 1.

Double click the button, in its timeline add keyframe (F6) only in its hit, no keyframe at Up, Over and Down . This step is to make an invisible button.
