Creating the title bar.
We're now done with the scrolling part, next we'll make it a dragable window.
Step 11 :
Open Movie Clip window and create a new layer, rename it to top and insert a blank keyframe at frame 1. Create the titel bar starting at 0.0 and ending at the top of the instance textMC (text-movieclip). This is the part which will be visible when the window is minimised. It should look something like this:
