  1. Insert blank Keyframes in Frames 1 (already exists), 3, 16, 17 and 25. Use the F7 key.
  2. In Frame 1 attach the following action: 
    Stop
  3. Label Frame 3 as Activate Nav
  4. In Frame 16 attach the following action: 
    Stop
  5. Label Frame 17 as Deactivate Nav
  6. In Frame 25 attach the following action: 
    Go to and Play (1)
