Introduction
Having received hundreds of emails on how to make a Flash movie
transparent on a HTML background, I decided to show everyone how
to make it themselves. See the examples below (I
love the word Himalayas :)
(NB - The transparency will not work in Netscape!)

Example without Transparency

As you can see, the second animation allows the background to be seen through the movie. So, now you might be thinking that this has to do with some setting in Flash. The answer is.....No. The examples above are from the same animation. The trick lies in the HTML that Flash outputs when you publish the movie.
