Adding the Drag-Scrollbar and Necessary Trigger (cont.)

Step 4 :

Select the scroll Up buttons in Movie Clip window and open it's actions: in the On (Press, Drag Over) section, add

    Begin Tell Target ("scroll")
        Go to and Stop (1)
    End Tell Target

and at the On (Release, Release Outside) section, add

    Begin Tell Target ("scroll")
        Go to and Play (2)
    End Tell Target

so it will look like this

do the same for the scroll Down button. These actions will temporarily shut off the scroll drag actions on Press or Drag Over and initiciate them again on Release or Release Outside
