Now select the scroll down button (the bottom one) and add the following actions:

On (Press, Drag Over)
    Begin Tell Target ("scrollDown")
        Go to and Play (2)
    End Tell Target
End On
On (Release, Release Outside)
    Begin Tell Target ("scrollDown")
        Go to and Stop (1)
    End Tell Target
End On

If you did everything correct your stage should look something like this

Click Control - Test Movie to see if the scroll buttons are working
