Adding the Instance and Actionscript

Now go back the the first scene and click on the over movie.
Click on the modify tab on the stop of your screen and click on instance, a little box should pop up like shown in the picture below.
In section labelled name put in buttonover like shown in the picture below.

You're just about there!

Now right click on your button and hit actions. Just copy the actions as shown and the picture below and you're done!
