Adding Layers and Keyframes
First add another layer to your scene, making a total of two.
Name the second layer buttons and the first layer movie.
Create a simple button on the second layer, but don't add actions to this button just yet.
Then create some simple text in the movie layer.
Make that text in layer one into a movie and name it over.
Then right click on the movie and click on edit. You will see your text in the middle of the screen.
Click and drag the first keyframe to the second frame, leaving the first frame empty.
Right click on the third frame and click on add keyframe.
Your movie should look like the something like the picture below.
