This technique is one that no serious Flash designer should be without. I wrote this Flash 5 tutorial mainly for designers - as they may not have all the programming/ActionScript experience they need to create great interactive Flash sites and presentations.

Being a designer, learning actionscript has been a necessary evil for me - rather like 'MotionMath' in AfterEffects. If you're picky about how your final Flash designs turn out, it forces you to learn many things you normally wouldn't such as the practice of programming.
