Insert Preloading Scene

1. Choose Insert> Scene
2. Choose Window> Inspectors> Scene to rename it.
3. Create Bar and Scale objects

Building Bar Preloader

1. Mentally divide your movie up into 8 intervals
2. Add checking and looping code to frame n and n+1
3. Frame n. Perform check to see if next interval has been loaded
4. Frame n+1. Loop back over frame n
5. Repeat check for all 8 intervals
6. On last Frame (100 percent loaded) play frame 1 of your movie
