Step 1: The Eyes The first thing you need to do is make the eyes. Just create a white circle (with outline) and put a black circle (no outline) on top of it! Then you take the eraser on an ideal size and with the eraser, click once in the black circle. The erase mark you made should be in the opposite direction in which the black circle is facing inside the white circle. If it is facing southeast, the erase should be northwest. Make this a symbol (F8) and drag it out from the library. Press Ctrl+L to get to the library. Reverse the side the eye is facing and press Ctrl+Alt+Shift+R to bring out the ruler. Drag the ruler out from th TOP and align the eyes so that they are equally at the same part of the stage. DO NOT PUT ONE EYE ON TOP OF THE OTHER.
