Baby Steps

I read the tutorial again.

OK, I made my main movie.

OK, I made a new scene as a preloader and labeled the scenes "preloader" and "Main" so I wouldn't get confused. Fish have small brains, ya know.

Anyways, I put the "If frame is loaded" action in the first frame of the preloader. I even remembered to use the "goto next scene" action in there with it. I've typed the word "Loading" in text on the first frame also, just in case if the darn thing works I'll know it. And right next to that, in the very next frame, the "goto and play frame 1 of the preloader" action.

Everything seems cool. So I try it, thinking maybe little elves stopped by during my power-nap and were kind enough to fix it for me.

Fat chance.
