First create the graphic that you want to be your cursor(pencil, spade, finger, etc.) then convert it to a MovieClip (F8) and finally put this script on the actions panel inside that movie clip.
onClipEvent(enterFrame){ Mouse.hide() _x = _root._xmouse _y = _root._ymouse }
