MAKING A MAIN MENU -Open up flash mx! (start a new window :( ) -First, this may not make sense now but...you'll figure it out later...make an empty square the size of your frame (550x400)...this is your border -make each edge (left right top and bottem) different movie clips -name the left ones instance "left" -right ones instance "right" -top one "top" -bottom one will be "bottom" ( i hope you got the pattern by now!) -these will stay like this for the whole thing so make them the bottem layer on the main timeline -make a new layer called " backround" -on this layer make some buttons like a play button and an instruction button -new layer "actions" -give the first frame in the actions layer the action stop(); cool? ok,
