A. What is a variable
Okay, second part of our tutorial, this time we will talk about variables, variables are imaginary numbers that can be modified, let's say you creat a text box in your flash movie, go in the propreties and change "static text" to "dynamic text", then give it the instance name of... let's say points, then write inside it 0 so that as you start game you have 0 points, or, let's say the guy is in a shop, put an empty text box at the top and call it shop1text (no need to do it now, it's just an example), as you click and buy an item, it will substract money and it will be written something like "you have purchased a banana, thank you for spending money in our shop". So, your wondering how to work with variables, well let's do it !
