1.Download the DemoCreator software. Free download from: http://download.sameshow.com/democreator_trial.exe Install it by all of the default settings.
2.Setting the capture mode, there are three kinds of modes can be selected, application region, custom region and full screen. Now we select application region to record the PPT2DVD program.
3.Start to record by click on the Record button. The red box is the recording region, it will auto-size the region of application when recording.
4.Edit and Enhance the tutorial
After finish the recording, DemoCreator will import the slides automatically, and you can easily to edit the slides, insert new slide or delete no-need slide, or add some tips and instructions to it.
5.Add narration to the tutorial, press Audio button on the top of tool bar, and then you will login the Audio Timeline Editor, you can edit the audio easily, cut, insert and delete, you can view the slide at the same time when editing the audio. And also you can record the narration when recording the screen.
6.Publish the demo online
Click on the Publish button on the top, and then you can login the publish menu, you can select publish to SWF, LMS, CD/EXE, Email. As you know, flash file has the smaller size and safer in network transmission.
